METOP Kitt01 mildew proof wall closed putty is made of high quality natural powder, adding special compound additives and water resistant materials refined white powder putty. After scraping, the effect is delicate and smooth, with high bond strength, and the base is firmly combined, durable and strong. Putty contains long-term and stable mildew prevention factor, can prevent mildew from the base material level, effectively prolong the service life of surface coating. This product is suitable for wall surface smooth treatment, closed treatment, delicate and uniform, easy to construct.
The coated surface must be fully dry, clean, free of oil and other attachments, and the base surface can be thoroughly rinsed with a high-pressure water gun to ensure good adhesion. Grooves should be properly repaired and filled first, so that the coated surface is smooth and solid without defects.
The strength of the closed putty layer is consistent with that of the basic level. If the strength of the putty layer is too low, there will be wind risks of cracking, peeling and even peeling off the high efficiency mildew proof wall system. The actual drying time of putty varies according to the environmental temperature of the construction site, about 1-3 days. If the strength is not enough, the putty layer can be wet by roller or water pipe to enhance the strength of the putty layer. It is advisable to water the putty layer in the morning and evening, and pour 2-3 times.
The product should be kept in a ventilated and dry environment. During transportation, keep the package well protected from sun and moisture.
Pour the right amount of water into a clean bucket in accordance with the construction ratio, and then slowly add the powder part under the mechanical stirring conditions. During the stirring process, pay attention to scraping the powder stuck to the side of the bucket, so that the powder is fully stirred, to no dry powder, no particle slurry. Then let stand for 5-10 minutes before construction. The mixed product must be used up as soon as possible. The effective use time of the putty prepared is about 2 hours (at room temperature 25°C). Do not mix the putty that has been dried or exceeded the effective use time with water again. It is recommended to operate under the condition of 5-35 °C and air relative humidity ≤85%. Usually, the thickness of single layer coating shall not exceed 2mm.
