METOP Kitt719 mildew wall reinforcement putty is a multi-component putty made of high quality natural powder, special compound additives and water resistant materials. The product has fine and smooth effect, strong adhesion, good cracking resistance, strong and lasting adhesion to the base, high hardness and strength, excellent water and alkali resistance. Putty layer contains long-term stable mildew factor, can prevent mold from the base layer, effectively prolong the service life of surface coating.
The coated surface must be fully dry, clean, free of oil and other attachments, and the base surface can be thoroughly rinsed with a high-pressure water gun to ensure good adhesion. Grooves should be properly repaired and filled first, so that the coated surface is smooth and solid without defects.
After the putty surface is dry, use 360# and above sandpaper to polish the scraper marks and edge corner burr on the surface, so that the surface is smooth, the Yin and Yang Angle is vertical and square, and the edge is neat. When grinding, the putty should be polished in time after drying as far as possible. Generally, it should be polished within 24 hours. If the placement time is too long, the material performance will increase and the difficulty of grinding will reduce the construction efficiency
The product should be kept in a ventilated and dry environment. During transportation, keep the package well protected from sun and moisture.
Firstly mix the powder C according to the ratio of C: water (weight ratio) = 5.72:1.45 ~1.55, stir evenly, then let stand for 5~10 minutes. Then mix group A and B evenly according to packaging specifications. Finally, mix the components together, stir evenly, deploy into a uniform paste paste, consistency is convenient for construction. The scraping should be carried out in batches. It is recommended that the maximum thickness of a single scraping should not exceed 1mm, and each scraping should be 0.5-1 mm. Use batch embedding tools for construction, generally need to batch 1. After putty layer is completely dry, just can undertake grinding and coating construction.
