METOP Ober609 waterborne mildew proof clean surface coating is made of our high quality high molecular weight polymer crosslinked with special composite additives and heat resistant materials. After the product is brushed, the effect is delicate and smooth, the adhesion is strong, and the base is firmly combined. The paint film has high hardness, high temperature and hot water resistance, excellent corrosion resistance and chemical resistance. The surface of METOP Ober609 is dense and smooth, and contains special waterproof and mildew-proof double-effect protective particles to comprehensively inhibit the growth of mold and create a clean and mildew-free environment.
The construction surface shall be smooth, solid, clean and dry. Mortar batch swing new wall, must air dry about 7 days to paint. If the old paint is loose, powdery and peeling, it must be cleaned. The metope that mold causes, must scrub repeatedly with antiseptic treatment agent, remove mold thoroughly, rinse clean with clear water, paint again after waiting for the surface to be full and dry. Wall or putty surface moisture content is less than 10%, PH is less than 10.
The time for the film to achieve the best performance on the surface of the object is 7 days at 25°C at standard temperature. During this period, the pollution and knock on the film surface should be reduced as much as possible, and the overall effect should be avoided due to the blotting caused by local repair. Before painting, the finished facilities such as tiles, doors and Windows, glass, rain pipes, railings and metal bodies of buildings should be blocked and protected to prevent the pollution or formation of defects caused by paint to them and ensure the original original; If pollution is formed, it will bring considerable difficulty and workload to the subsequent cleaning work. It is recommended to clean up the carelessly polluted place in time during construction.
The product should be kept in a ventilated and dry environment. During transportation, keep the package well protected from sun and moisture.
Firstly, mix component A and component B according to A: B(weight ratio) = 5:1 and stir evenly, then dilute with 10-15% water and stir evenly, the consistency shall be subject to convenient construction; Theoretically, the product can brush 10~12 square meters every time, the actual brushing area will be different because of the construction method and surface roughness, pore size; Brush, roll or spray can be used for construction. Usually need to construct two times; The effective use time of the prepared surface coating shall not exceed 40 minutes (at room temperature of 25°C), and the recoating interval shall not be less than 6 hours.
