Concrete base to open up to dry, test moisture content should be less than 8%, the minimum tensile strength is 2MPA.
Usually UQESH®CR floor can be put into use within 24 hours. If there is heavy weight, machine movement and friction, it is best to lay a layer of protective material (such as plastic/paper, etc.) on the surface of the user, otherwise it will cause damage to the ground, resulting in stains, scratches and other difficult to remove. If it is not needed immediately, it is recommended to put into use after 7 days of maintenance in standard environment.
It should be sealed and stored in a dry, cool and well-ventilated environment at 5-35 °C, avoiding high temperature and fire. During transportation, materials are placed smoothly to ensure dry and closed carriage environment, and strictly moisture-proof, anti-freezing, sunscreen and rain proof. Components A and B must be protected from frost.
