UQESH ®HF-V 0.08-0.15mm Solvent-free ultra-wear-resistant polyurethane finish (matte effect)

UQESH® HF-V is a protective floor surface material that can be directly applied to concrete: suitable for dry conditions. The compactness and environmental friendliness of its materials provide microtextured surfaces for factory floors, shopping malls, garages, and any industry that requires durable ground; Dustproof, oil resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, wear-resistant than epoxy floor, especially can reduce tire noise, and will not leave any black marks.

Concrete base to open up to dry, test moisture content should be less than 8%, the minimum tensile strength is 2MPA.

UQESH®SF floors can be put into use within 24 hours. If there is heavy weight, machine movement and friction, it is better to put a layer of protective material (such as plastic/paper) on the surface by the user. Otherwise, the ground will be damaged, resulting in stains, scratches and other difficult to remove. If it is not needed immediately, it is recommended to put into use after 7 days of maintenance in standard environment.

It should be sealed and stored in a dry, cool and well-ventilated environment at 5-35 °C, avoiding high temperature and fire. During transportation, materials are placed smoothly to ensure dry and closed carriage environment, and strictly moisture-proof, anti-freezing, sunscreen and rain proof. Components A and B must be protected from frost.

Recommended Occasion

  • Apply to epoxy self-leveling or polyurethane floor surface, enhance wear resistance and scratch resistance, easy to clean, no stains.
  • It is suitable for clean production area, especially the area with high requirement of abrasion resistance, easy cleaning and weather resistance.
